Vidhi’s documentary ‘Hari Phuljhari’ that tracks the ban on firecrackers in Delhi was released on November 12. The screening was followed by an address by Justice Madan Lokur, Retd. Judge of the Supreme Court of India and Judge of the Supreme Court of Fiji, and Mr Gopal Rai, Hon’ble Minister of Environment, Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
