The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India and the Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy conference titled “Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016: A Roadmap for the Next Two Years” was held on 18th December 2018 at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi.
The conference featured a key-note address by speaker Shri Arun Jaitley, the Union Minister for Finance and Corporate Affairs. This was followed by four panel sessions bringing together key stakeholders in the insolvency eco-system to set an agenda for the development of the eco-system in the coming years.
