Vidhi organised a conversation on ‘Federalism in India – Cooperative, Competitive or Adversarial?’ on November 18, 2020, as part of its ‘Conscience Keeper: Judiciary as the Constitutional Guardian’ series. The discussion addressed recent points of conflict between states and the Centre and how these issues can be navigated through the existing constitutional framework.
