Thridhara Pathipathi
Thridhara Pathipati is a Research Fellow with the Corporate Law and Financial Regulation team at the Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy. They hold an LLM in Corporation Law from New York University and graduated with a BA LL.B. from Jindal Global Law School. Prior to joining Vidhi, they worked with the United Nations Development Programme on research, documentation, and knowledge management across projects on access to justice, digital transformation in the judiciary, and business and human rights related initiatives. Their academic and research interests lie in financial regulation, capital markets regulation, and the governance of emerging technologies, with a particular focus on the regulation of artificial intelligence in securities markets. Outside of work, they enjoy cooking elaborate meals, baking, photography and travelling.
