About the Authors
Ketaki is a Senior Resident Fellow at Vidhi with the Corporate Law and Financial Regulation vertical. Previously, she worked with law firms including Samvad Partners, Khaitan & Co. and HSA Advocates, where she chiseled her legal expertise in the area of General corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions. Additionally, her bouquet of experience includes domestic as well as cross border private equity transactions, fintech and competition related matters. She has largely worked for clients hailing from capital and technology intensive sectors such as energy and infrastructure, fintech and e-commerce. She has been recognised as a key lawyer by Legal 500 in the area of General Corporate and M&A. Ketaki obtained her LLB degree from Law Center-I, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi in 2018 and completed the Company Secretary course in 2015
Nipuna is a Research Fellow with the Corporate Law and Financial Regulation Team at Vidhi. She graduated from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad in 2021 and began her career with Argus Partners, Mumbai, as part of the general corporate practice. She subsequently pursued an LL.M. and M.Sc. in Law and Economics under the European Master in Law and Economics (EMLE) programme. In 2023, she joined the National Institute of Public Finance and Policy (NIPFP), New Delhi, as a Research Fellow, where she provided research support to the Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance. Her work at NIPFP included legal and policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, and legislative drafting. Her research interests span financial sector regulation, fiscal and monetary policy, and fintech.
