About the Authors
Deepa is a Senior Resident Fellow at Vidhi, Karnataka. Her research interests lie in the interplay between technology, data and urban policy. Prior to joining Vidhi, Deepa interned with Aapti Institute where she researched on data stewardship models and the governance of non-personal data. She holds an undergraduate degree in law from School of Law, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore.
Prathiksha Ullal, is an Advocate and a graduate of Christ University Bengaluru 2021. She has previously worked as a Law Clerk cum Research Assistant to the office of the Advocate General, Karnataka and as a LAMP fellow of the 2022-23 batch. Her interests primarily lie at the intersection of environmental law and feminist perspectives. She also possesses a keen interest in constitutional law and legislative drafting. Her non-academic interests include travelling, cycling and composing poetry. She is also an avid reader of feminist classics.
