Mandar Prakhar
Mandar Prakhar is a graduate of National Law University Odisha and a Kautilya Society Fellow. His academic and professional interests lie at the intersection of law and public policy, with a particular focus on technology law, human rights, gender studies, and family law. His work is driven by an interest in understanding how legal frameworks shape social realities and respond to emerging governance challenges.
