Jwalika Balaji
Jwalika is a Research Fellow in the Research Director's Office at the Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy, Delhi. She graduated from the University of Oxford with a Bachelor of Civil Law degree in 2024 and from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore with a BA LLB (Hons) in 2023. Her areas of interest include family law, equality law, and human rights, with a special emphasis on gender and sexuality. She has publications in these areas, including a chapter in the book ‘Constitutional Ideals’, published by Daksh India. She is on the Board of Directors at OutLawed India, a not-for-profit organisation working to improve access to law and justice.
