Suparna Jain

Suparna is a Research Fellow at Vidhi, New Delhi working in the area of Corporate Law and Financial Regulations. Prior to joining Vidhi, Suparna worked with a prominent telecommunication firm in the field of corporate law. She graduated from the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab in 2020 with B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) and obtained her LL.M. degree in Commercial Laws from the University of Cambridge in 2022. During her time at Cambridge, she worked as a researcher/caseworker for the Cambridge ProBono project which dealt with homicides in Missouri (USA) tracking and flagging a number of issues including racial bias to the defendant and victim. She has also published her research work in multiple peer reviewed journals.
