Samridhi Shukla
Samridhi is part of the Corporate Law and Financial Regulation practice at the Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy. Prior to joining Vidhi, she worked with the commercial dispute resolution team at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., where she assisted with corporate and commercial litigation across fora in India. Samridhi graduated from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur, in 2025 with a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) Her academic and professional interests lie in corporate and commercial law. A keen writer, she has contributed to platforms such as The Leaflet, the Oxford Human Rights Hub, Bar and Bench, and The Wire.
