Pragya Vats
Pragya was a Research Fellow with the Law, Finance and Development team at Vidhi. She works on law and policy issues related to capital markets, finance and banking. Pragya completed her B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore in 2015. Prior to joining Vidhi, she worked at the law firm S&R Associates, where her work involved assisting clients on initial public offerings, private equity matters and mergers and acquisitions. Thereafter, she worked at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas in the area of project finance and insolvency and bankruptcy.
