Nimisha
Nimisha is a Research Fellow with the Corporate Law and Financial Regulation team at the Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy. She graduated from National Law University Odisha with a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) in 2024. Prior to joining Vidhi, Nimisha worked at Trilegal where she worked with the Insolvency Litigation, and Banking & Finance team. During this period, Nimisha advised and represented financial creditors, resolution professionals and resolution applicants in various corporate insolvency resolution processes and liquidation proceedings.
