Manthan

Manthan is a Research Fellow with the Vidhi Maharashtra Team. His work focuses on providing research and drafting assistance to various departments of the Government of Maharashtra. Before joining Vidhi, he completed his LLM from the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru, where his dissertation offered a possible critique of 'representative reinforcement theory' of judicial legitimacy in the context of the Global South. He holds an LLB from ILS Law College, Pune, and a BSc in Physics from Fergusson College, Pune. His academic interests include Constitutional Law, Legal History, Legal Theory and Comparative Law.
