Kshiti Shobha Vikas
Kshiti is a Development Associate with Vidhi. Kshiti is a trained social worker from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai with a specialization in Mental Health. Her previous work experience includes conducting research and internal strategy exercises for a leading non-profit, including co-authoring grant proposals and managing large unrestricted grants. Her internship experience includes working on thematic areas such as gender equity, adolescent mental health, gender-based violence, livelihood. Her functional experience includes budget management, communications for senior leadership, research and documentation. Prior to TISS, her education includes a Psychology-Sociology degree from St. Xavier’s College (Autonomous), Mumbai.
