Karishma Shrivastava
Karishma Shrivastava is a Senior Research Fellow with the Centre for Applied Law and Technology Research (ALTR). She graduated with a B.A.LL.B (Hons.) degree from National Law University, Delhi and went on to gain experience in advising on regulatory compliance, product design and contractual drafting and negotiations with various domestic and foreign entities as a senior legal counsel for a multinational banking company. She worked extensively in the domain of financial technology, payment ecosystems, retail product structuring and documentation as well as digital commerce. Her areas of interest include policy formulation in the realm of commercial laws, technology and antitrust.
