Jeeya Rachel Stephen is a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Associate with the Impact Collective at Vidhi. Her work focuses on building and operationalising analytical frameworks that strengthen institutional performance and evidence-based decision-making. She contributes to the design of structured indicators and measurement approaches that translate complex datasets into credible, policy-relevant evidence for governance reform. Prior to joining Vidhi, Jeeya served as a System Delivery Manager, leading the use of administrative and programme data to inform strategic decision-making and strength delivery architecture at a not-for-profit organisation in the education sector founded by the former Chief Secretary of Kerala. She holds a B.Tech degree from the University of Kerala.
