Himanshi Talwar
Himanshi is a Development Associate at Vidhi. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, and a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Delhi. Her work spans research and communications across areas such as gender, disability, energy, environment, and urban development, with a focus on identifying systemic gaps and supporting evidence-based interventions. Prior to joining Vidhi, she worked with Palladium, where she contributed to the formulation of inclusive rental housing policy in collaboration with the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA). She has also worked with a Jaipur-based think tank on organisational development, communications, and field engagement. Across her roles, she has combined research, field insights, and communication to strengthen development practice.
