Harshita Iyer
Harshita is a Senior Resident Fellow at Vidhi with a focus on Corporate Law & Financial Regulation. Prior to joining Vidhi she worked at leading Indian law firms as part of their Corporate M&A teams, and as an operator at a Y Combinator enterprise AI startup. Harshita graduated from Jindal Global Law School in 2019 with a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) and obtained her MBA degree from HEC Paris (with a specialisation in finance) in 2024.
