Gautam Samel
Gautam Samel is a Research Fellow at Vidhi Maharashtra. He holds a BBA LLB from Jindal Global Law School; followed by a LLM in Comparative Constitutional Law at Central European University where he also completed an Advanced Certificate in Religious Studies. His thesis focused on comparative religious freedom adjudication in modern constitutionalism. His academic interests lie in law and religion, comparative constitutionalism, federalism, and philosophy of law.
