Aparna Shukla
Aparna is a Project Fellow for Criminal Justice and works on theLegislative Engagement on Children’s Health and Protection issues in Assam, BTC and Meghalaya (with UNICEF). She completed her academic journey with a B.B.A. LL.B (Hons.) from National Law University Odisha in 2020 and, she pursued further specialization, earning an LLM in Criminal Law from NALSAR University of Law in 2022. Prior to Vidhi, she worked as a Legal Officer at Tata Consultancy Services Limited, where her responsibilities ranged from vetting and negotiating software licenses to master service agreements and vendor agreements. Additionally, Aparna has contributed her legal acumen to the educational sector through her role at Gradestack Learning Private Limited (Byjus Exam Prep).’
