Alabanza Syngkon

Alabanza Syngkon is an Associate with the Impact Collective Team, responsible for digital strategy and content curation, she manages social media efforts, outreach campaigns, and ensures clear, engaging communication across platforms. Prior to this, she led campaigns and strategy at various organisations including start-ups and grassroot NGOs like Todays Kalam Foundation, expanding her experience across diverse communication ecosystems. She also worked briefly with WWF India, supporting community-based conservation initiatives where she led donor outreach and stakeholder engagement, contributing to a measurable rise in donor retention. Alabanza holds a B.A. in History from St. Stephen’s College and an M.A. in History from the University of Delhi. She is passionate about governance and policy and believes in storytelling that informs, engages, and drives social impact.
