Why Supreme Court ruling on climate change isn’t enough

Prathiksha Ullal, is an Advocate and a graduate of Christ University Bengaluru 2021. She has previously worked as a Law Clerk cum Research Assistant to the office of the Advocate General, Karnataka and as a LAMP fellow of the 2022-23 batch. Her interests primarily lie at the intersection of environmental law and feminist perspectives. She also possesses a keen interest in constitutional law and legislative drafting. Her non-academic interests include travelling, cycling and composing poetry. She is also an avid reader of feminist classics.

Sneha is a Senior Resident Fellow at Vidhi, Karnataka working on urban development and municipal governance. She is interested in constitutional law, international law, local governance. She holds an undergraduate degree in law from Symbiosis Law School, Pune and obtained the BCL from the University of Oxford.
