About the Authors
Urvi is a Research Fellow with the Corporate Law and Financial Regulation team at Vidhi, New Delhi. She graduated from West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata in 2021. Prior to joining Vidhi, she worked as an associate at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas in their Mumbai office as part of the General Corporate and Investment Funds team.
Vallari is a law graduate from NUALS, Kochi and is a research fellow with Corporate Law and Financial Regulations vertical. Her research interests lie in corporate law and insolvency law and she has authored articles centred around commercial law, corporate law and technology law. In law school, she was a part of IDIA and is presently also volunteering with Claylab Education Foundation in their mentorship program. She has previously worked with Argus Partners, Bengaluru in their energy, infrastructure and general corporate practice. She is a bharatnatyam dancer and spends her free time reading non-fiction and listening to music.
