About the Authors
Alok Prasanna Kumar is a Co-Founder of Vidhi. His areas of research include judicial reforms, constitutional law, urban development, and law and technology. He graduated with a B.A. LL.B. (Hons) from the NALSAR University in 2008 and obtained the BCL from the University of Oxford in 2009. He writes a monthly column for the Economic and Political Weekly apart from media outlets such as Deccan Herald, The Hindu, Indian Express, Scroll, and Quint. He has practiced in the Supreme Court and Delhi High Court from the chambers of Mr Mohan Parasaran.
Prathiksha Ullal, is an Advocate and a graduate of Christ University Bengaluru 2021. She has previously worked as a Law Clerk cum Research Assistant to the office of the Advocate General, Karnataka and as a LAMP fellow of the 2022-23 batch. Her interests primarily lie at the intersection of environmental law and feminist perspectives. She also possesses a keen interest in constitutional law and legislative drafting. Her non-academic interests include travelling, cycling and composing poetry. She is also an avid reader of feminist classics.
