Anushka Pandey

Anushka Pandey is a Senior Resident Fellow at Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy. Prior to joining Vidhi, she was a Legal Fellow at the Global Justice Center (GJC), an international human rights organisation based in New York, where she worked on issues relating to international criminal law, accountability for mass atrocities, and gender justice. Before that, her work spanned both litigation and policy research, gaining experience across commercial disputes, criminal justice, and public policy. Anushka holds an LL.M. from Columbia Law School, where she focused on technology law, international justice, and human rights. She completed her undergraduate legal degree from National Law University, Delhi in 2021. Her research interests lie in technology policy and governance, digital rights, and the regulation of emerging technologies. She is particularly interested in how legal and institutional frameworks can respond to technological change while advancing rights and accountability.
