Vidhi’s webinar on ‘Towards a Framework for Inclusion in Education: Right to education of children with disabilities during a pandemic and beyond’ on May 12, 2020, discusses the education right legislation in the case of children with disabilities, the attendant implementation challenges, and also critically looks at the inclusive education concept in light of the Covid-19 pandemic. The discussion is supported with findings and recommendations emerging from Vidhi’s report, ‘Towards an Inclusive Education Framework for India: Rights of children with disabilities and the RTE Act’ and with insights from the following speakers:
