We organised the second Vidhi Lecture on “From Darkness to Light: Thoughts on Transparency in Judicial Administration“ by Justice Chelameswar, former Judge, Supreme Court of India where he spoke about the the lack of transparency in the administrative functioning of the judiciary, the issue of transfer of judges and absence of transparency in processes and finally concluded with the issue of transfer of judges and absence of transparency in processes.
