On 2nd December, 2016, Vidhi organised the Conference on “Law in Numbers: Evidence-Based Approaches to Legal Reforms” and the release of its third Briefing Book at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi. The book launch event was followed by a panel discussion by Justice Gita Mittal (Judge, Delhi High Court), Dayan Krishnan (Senior Advocate, Delhi High Court) and Dr. Mrinal Satish (Associate Professor, NLU-Delh) on the topic ‘Are special courts really special?’
