With the International Day of Persons with Disability being observed globally, and in India on 3rd December, 2018, we organised a roundtable to discuss the need for making court complexes more accessible and inclusive in their physical designs and structures. The roundtable stressed on the need to move ahead from “creating ramps and washrooms for persons with disability”, towards envisioning and incorporating broader aid tools that will allow such persons to access court premises across India.
