Oitihjya is a Research Fellow working in the area of Corporate Law and Financial Regulation and with the Vidhi Bankruptcy Research Programme. His research interests include insolvency law, securities law and various aspects of economic law and policy. Oitihjya graduated with a B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur in 2018. Prior to joining Vidhi, he has worked with the Corporate Legal Group of ICICI Bank, where he primarily worked on drafting commercial debt agreements and security-related documentations.
