Veera Mahuli
Veera is a Research Fellow at Charkha. She graduated from NALSAR University of Law in 2017 with a B.A LL.B (Hons.). Subsequently, she worked with Senior Advocate Gopal Sankaranarayanan and clerked with Justice S. Ravindra Bhat. She has also worked as a teaching assistant for Legal Methods and Theory, Law and Poverty and Law and Economics at NALSAR as well as with Land Conflict Watch and Internet Freedom Foundation briefly. Her research interests include Constitutional Law, Environmental Law, Law and Political Economy, Technology, Strategic Litigation, Legal and Social Anthropology. She likes to write legal opinion and analytical pieces as well as personal essays and long reads. She is also a visual artist and likes art, reading, writing and excessively drinking coffee and journaling. She is working on developing is legal outreach through art- specifically through public and street art. She is a rock and roll culture and music geek.
