Neha Lodha

Neha is a Senior Resident Fellow in the Corporate Laws and Financial Regulations team at the Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy. She specialises in corporate laws, securities regulation, insolvency, restructuring, and consumer protection. Her role involves providing legislative assistance to key Ministries, Departments, and Authorities of the Central Government, as well as undertaking independent research to drive impactful financial and economic policy reforms. Prior to joining Vidhi, Neha gained significant experience at leading law firms, where she advised on complex corporate transactions, insolvency and consumer litigation, and arbitration. She graduated from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore in 2020 with a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.). She holds a certificate to practice from the Bar Council of India.
