Kanika Arora
Kanika was a Research Fellow at Vidhi. She works as a Legal Researcher and Content Manager for providing simple and actionable legal information to the citizens of India through Nyaaya. She completed her LL.B. from Campus Law Centre, the University of Delhi in 2021 and holds a Bachelor in Management Studies from Mumbai University. Kanika has previously worked as a Risk Analyst at KPMG India and as a consultant with KATHA, a non-governmental organization established in the field of education and child welfare. Kanika is the founder of a social initiative called PAAVI, which works on creating classrooms of equality by spreading awareness and advocating for child rights. During her degree, she worked as a Paralegal Volunteer with the Delhi State Government and assisted them in drafting a guide for simplifying laws on domestic violence in India. She has published her work on domestic violence, crime against children, education and reproductive rights in various national and international newspapers and magazines.
