As India comes close to the national elections, Vidhi proposes 25 reform ideas for the new government
In 2024, India will go to national elections to constitute the 18th Lok Sabha. This is a special edition of the Briefing Book which presents 25 reform ideas for the next government to take up for their first 100 days in office.
The ideas range from enacting a law to protect foreign investments to integrating biodiversity offsetting principles in afforestation policies; from developing a framework for equal opportunity and non-discrimination at workplaces to abolishing court fees in civil courts. These ideas suggest that the state should trust, innovate, deliver, and protect.
