Vaidehi is a Research Fellow at the Judicial Review vertical. She graduated with a B.A.LLb (Hons.) from Jindal Global Law School (JGLS) in 2015. For the following two years, she worked in the chambers of Mr. Gaurab Banerji, Senior Advocate at the Supreme Court of India, assisting in landmark cases in the field of commercial law, arbitration, competition and constitutional law. She believes in working on issues at the intersection of academia and practice with research interests in public law, law and sociology, administrative and constitutional theory and legal philosophy. In June 2018, she completed her masters from the University of California at Berkeley with a core focus on jurisprudence and social policy. She has been a substantive editor for the Berkeley Journal for Gender Law and Justice and a contributing author for a book titled ‘Leaving No One Behind: Sustainable Development Goals and South – South Cooperation’.
