Vidhi invites you to a talk by Dr. Tarunabh Khaitan on "Securing Dissenters' Consent for India's Constitution: The Role of Directive Principles".

Dr. Khaitan is an Associate Professor in Law at Wadham College, Oxford. He completed his undergraduate studies (BA LLB Hons) at the National Law School (Bangalore) in 2004. Thereafter, he came to Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar to complete his postgraduate studies (BCL with distinction, MPhil with distinction, DPhil) at Exeter College. His monograph entitled ‘A theory of Discrimination’ (OUP 2015) was reviewed very positively in leading journals.
