The Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy was founded by Arghya Sengupta, Debanshu Mukherjee, Dhvani Mehta and Alok Prasanna in the year 2013.
Aishwarya is a Research Fellow in the Corporate Law and Financial Regulation vertical. At Vidhi, she is working on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Regulations and cross-border Insolvency laws. Aishwarya graduated with a B.A. LL.B (Hons.) from Jindal Global Law School (JGLS) in 2017. During her time there she has worked on two human rights reports and attended specialised courses in Advanced Corporate Law and Competition Law. She has also interned under Senior Advocate Ramji Srinivasan, in Avantha Holdings Ltd. and in law firms like Phoenix Legal, and PSA Legal.
Debanshu leads the Corporate Law and Financial Regulation vertical. He has advised the Department of Economic Affairs in the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the Reserve Bank of India, and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India on several projects on corporate law, bankruptcy and financial regulation. Debanshu graduated from Hidayatullah National Law University in 2008 at the top of his class, and also served as President of its Student Bar Association in 2006-07. He completed his postgraduate studies in law from the University of Oxford, where he graduated with Distinction in the BCL. Before joining Vidhi, he was a lawyer with AZB & Partners, a full-service law firm. Debanshu was recently awarded the Fulbright Scholarship for further studies in bankruptcy law and financial regulation at Harvard Law School. He was also selected for the Hauser Global Scholarship by New York University. He will be on academic leave from August,2017 to June, 2018 at Harvard.
Joyjayanti is a Research Fellow in the Corporate Law and Financial Regulation vertical. During her time in Vidhi, Joyjayanti has advised the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on the drafting of the Companies Amendment Bill, 2016. She has also been providing research and drafting assistance to the Ministry of Finance on the Financial Resolution and Deposit Insurance Bill, 2017. Joyjayanti graduated with a BB.A. LL.B. from Symbiosis Law School in 2011, after which she worked with CPA Global, an intellectual property management specialist for around two years. She subsequently obtained an LL.M. from Columbia Law School in 2014 where her coursework concentrated on antitrust law, corporate law and intellectual property law. Before joining Vidhi, she was an associate in the competition law practice in Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co.
Param is a Research Fellow in the Corporate Law and Financial Regulation vertical. Prior to joining Vidhi, he worked in the General Corporate team at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Mumbai (CAM), a leading law firm. His areas of interest include banking and corporate governance. He graduated with a B.Com. (LL.B.) (Hons.) from the Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar in 2015.
Shehnaz is a Research Fellow in the Corporate Law and Financial Regulation vertical. She graduated with a B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) from Dr. RML National Law University in 2011. Prior to joining Vidhi, she worked as a Partner at Zeta Law Chambers, Noida. She has also previously worked as an associate with J. Sagar Associates, New Delhi and the Financial and Regulatory practice team at Amarchand & Mangaldas & Sures A. Shroff. A & Co, Mumbai, wherein she worked on mergers and acquisitions in the financial sector and was also actively involved in advising some of the leading ‘payment systems’.
Shohini is a Senior Resident Fellow in the Corporate Law and Financial Regulations vertical. At Vidhi, she has worked on several projects including the Companies (Amendment) Bill, 2016, and the Financial Resolution and Deposit Insurance Bill, 2017. She graduated with a BA LLB (Hons) from the National Law Institute University, Bhopal in 2012. She subsequently worked with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. in Mumbai for a year, before being sent on deputation to the Directorate General of Hydrocarbons, Ministry of Petroleum. In 2014, she was awarded the Weidenfeld Leadership Scholarship to read for the MSc in Law and Finance at the University of Oxford.
Shreya is a Senior Resident Fellow in the Corporate Law and Financial Regulation vertical. She has advised and worked with various government ministries and regulators, including the Reserve Bank of India, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Law Ministry and the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India. She worked on the amendments to the Companies Act and Rules. Presently, she is working on the implementation of the insolvency code, and other corporate law related issues. Shreya graduated with a B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from the National Law University, Jodhpur in 2012 and subsequently worked with Luthra & Luthra Law Offices, New Delhi.
Ulka is a Research Fellow in the Corporate Law and Financial Regulation vertical. She is presently working on the implementation of the personal insolvency aspects of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and allied issues. Prior to joining Vidhi, she worked with the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice at the Calcutta offices of Khaitan & Co, a leading Indian Law Firm, in the course of which she worked on diverse commercial disputes, and appeared before various fora including the High Court at Calcutta. Ulka graduated in 2016 with a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree from the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata, at the top of her class. Her academic interests broadly lie in the field of financial regulation, law and finance, and the law and economics of financial regulation.
Vedika is a Research Fellow in the Corporate Law and Financial Regulation vertical. She is currently working on projects pertaining to the Non-Performing Assets crisis confronting the Indian banking industry. Prior to joining Vidhi, she worked in the Chambers of Mr. Dayan Krishnan, Senior Advocate. She has also worked as the Khaitan & Co. Research Fellow for Mergers and Acquisition at Gujarat National Law University and as an associate in the Capital Markets team at Amarchand Mangaldas, Mumbai. Vedika completed her B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Gujarat National Law University in 2011 and an MCL from University of Cambridge in 2014 where she was ranked 2nd in her cohort.
Ameen is an Associate Fellow in the Judicial Reforms Initiative at Vidhi. He graduated from the W.B. National University of Juridical Sciences [B.A. LL.B. (Hons.)], in 2012, with distinction in Election Law and Advanced Constitutional History. He is presently a Master's Candidate at the Institute of Education, University College London. At Vidhi, Ameen has worked on independent research projects, as well as collaborative initiatives with different stakeholders of judicial policy reforms. He has worked on the issues of judicial backlog, streamlining of government litigation, and simplification of procedural laws in India. He also co-authored a White Paper for the Department of Justice on strengthening mediation frameworks in India. Before joining Vidhi, Ameen worked with J. Sagar Associates, as an Associate Attorney at the firm's New Delhi Office. He worked as a litigator handling commercial litigation, arbitrations, and matters involving complex regulatory and policy issues. He has practised in the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, and numerous tribunals.
As a Vidhi – Tata Trusts Research Fellow, Amrita presently undertakes multi-disciplinary research on contemporary issues facing the Indian judiciary, under the Justice, Access and Lowering Delays in India (JALDI) Mission. She graduated in law from Government Law College in 2013 and subsequently completed an M.A. in Public Policy and Governance from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences in 2015. Previous to joining Vidhi, Amrita was a Senior Associate at the Vision Management Unit, Planning Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, where her role focused on providing strategies and policy analyses on improving governance aspects of various development related areas such as education, labour, well-being, public procurement and public-private partnerships, amongst others.
Arijeet is a Research Fellow with the Judicial Reforms initiative, Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy. After completing B.A. LL.B (Hons.) from Gujarat National Law University in 2015, he went on to pursue an LL.M with specialism in Human Rights from University College London and has successfully completed the same in 2016. Before joining Vidhi, he was employed as a Consultant to the 21st Law Commission of India and assisted in the various projects undertaken by the commission; particularly in the drafting of the 266th Report on the Advocates Act, 1961 (Regulation of Legal Profession). His areas of interest include Human Rights, Gender and the Law, International Criminal Law and Constitutional Theory
Diksha is a Research Fellow at Vidhi and is engaged with the Justice, Access, and Lowering Delays in India (JALDI) Project. She graduated from NUJS in 2016 and thereafter worked as a litigator and researcher at the Centre for Law and Policy Research, Bangalore. At Bangalore she was involved in constitutional litigation and lawyering in the public interest on issues pertaining to disability rights, the right to education and health, among others. She is interested in feminist and queer jurisprudence, adjudication of socio-economic rights and constitutional theory.
Neha is a Senior Resident Fellow in the Judicial Reforms vertical. She has previously headed the Law Reform and Social Change Initiative at Vidhi. Neha graduated with a B.A.LLB (Hons.) from National Law School of India University, Bangalore in 2008 and did her Masters in Criminal Justice from the University of Kent, Canterbury in 2010. She was empanelled as a Legal Aid Lawyer in the Juvenile Justice Board in Mumbai from 2012-2013. She worked at the National Law University, Delhi for two years, where she was the Deputy Director of the Death Penalty Research Project and taught Legal History and Human Rights.
Nitika is a Research Fellow with the Judicial Reform Initiative. She graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Humanities from Yale University in 2016, where her concentration focused on postcolonial theory, religion and the law. She has previously interned with Vidhi and organizations such as the National Human Rights Commission and Human Rights Law Network, working on research related to nuclear liability laws, penal reform, and legislation for protecting acid attack survivors.
Raunaq is a Research Fellow in the Judicial Reforms vertical, as part of the Justice, Access, and Lowering Delays in India (JALDI) Project. As a part of JALDI, he is focussing on law and policy questions relating to sentencing, courtroom infrastructure and design, and special courts. Raunaq graduated from National Law University, Delhi in 2016 and went on to become a Project Associate with the International Innovation Corps (University of Chicago), where he worked on irrigation policy for the Government of Telangana. He has also interned with Prof. M.V. Rajeev Gowda (Member of Parliament) over two Parliamentary sessions, where he was involved with legislative research and analysis. Raunaq is interested in public policy, particularly policy design and implementation, across a wide variety of topics, which he hopes to pursue through higher studies in the future.
Reshma is a Research Fellow at Vidhi and is part of the Justice, Access and Lowering Delays in India (JALDI) Project. She graduated from the National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS), Cochin in 2015. Prior to joining Vidhi, she was with the Legal and Compliance team of Wipro Limited in Bangalore where she worked on employment law, data protection, regulatory compliance and export control laws. Her areas of interest include human rights, international humanitarian law and data privacy.
Shalini is a Research Fellow in the Judicial Reforms vertical. Her focus areas have included judicial delays, the role of technology in court justice delivery design and judicial accountability. Prior to joining Vidhi, Shalini was a Research Fellow at Centre for Communications Governance at National Law University, Delhi and worked primarily on issues at the intersect of internet crime and international law. Shalini graduated from the Jindal Global Law School with a B.A., LLB. (Hons) in 2015 and in law school, she worked extensively on public health, human rights, development and governance issues. She also independently authored a policy brief on artificial reproductive technologies and effectuating good surrogacy practices that was presented at the Karnataka Legislative Assembly in 2015.
Shriyam is a Research Fellow in the Judicial Reforms vertical, as part of the Justice, Access, and Lowering Delays in India (JALDI) Project. He pursued a degree in B.A (Hons.) History at University of Delhi. It was in college, that he interned with South Asian Human Rights Documentation Centre which built his interest in pursuing research in policy, human rights, and governance. After that he assisted Members of Parliament as a Rajiv Gandhi Research Assistant to Legislator (RG-RAL) on issues of environment, communalism, and rural development. Thereafter, he worked with Wildlife Conservation Society as an AIF William J. Clinton Fellow. His project was on compensation policy for human wildlife conflict in India. Before joining Vidhi, he worked as a Program Associate at the International Innovation Corps with the Rajasthan Education Department.
Adrija is a Research Fellow at Vidhi. She is the Content Lead at Nyaaya. She graduated from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad with a B.A.L.L.B(Hons) in 2016. Subsequently, she worked at Khaitan & Co., Mumbai in capital markets, securities, corporate, competition and litigation practices for a year. She is presently overlooking the content of the Nyaaya website and is involved in generating content on a scale.
Saurabh is the Tech Lead for Nyaaya. Primarily working on developing and maintaining quick, responsive and content heavy server application. Before joining Vidhi he worked at IndiQus Technologies as MEAN Developer working on workflow design and a REST based internal API with Redis as a cache and RabbitMQ and learnt to live with poorly documented external APIs. He has strong ideas about products and loves working on those with clear and measurable impact. He has been funded twice by IEEE for his tech ideas solving humanitarian challenges. He did his B.Tech (Computer Science) with dissertation in SCRIBO: an HMM implementation of speech processing in Hindi. from UP Technical University in 2015. He has completed nanodegree in deep learning from Udacity, Stanford. He has deep interest in Neural Networks and Natural Language Processing. He is consulting teacher at PythonExpress for college students and is evangelical about Linux and touch typing.
Sumeysh is the Outreach Lead for the Nyaaya website. He completed his BA.LLB (Hons.) from Symbiosis Law School, Pune in 2013. Subsequently, he went on to pursue an LLM, specializing in Human Rights from the same institute and successfully completed the same in 2014. Before joining Vidhi, he was working as CEO of Nyayika, a non-profit start-up offering affordable legal services through law centers in Gujarat. He has also worked as a legal researcher in the Centre for Social Justice, Ahmedabad, focusing mainly on grassroots issues and providing research and operational support to field law centers. His main areas of research were on themes of minority welfare, fishermen rights and violence against women. He is interested in understanding how the law influences the relationship between the state and marginalized communities.
Akriti is a Research Fellow in the Public Law vertical. She graduated with a Bachelor in Policy Science LL.B (Hons.) from National Law University, Jodhpur in 2015. Prior to joining Vidhi, she interned at the Planning Commission of India where she assisted the High Level Committee on Infrastructure Finance; the National Human Rights Commission and Chambers of Mr. Soli J. Sorabjee. She has also led student policy research groups in making recommendations to the Parliamentary Standing Committee and concerned ministries on Insurance laws and the Road Transport and Safety law. Her main areas of research at law school were in the field of corporate law, food law, arbitration and constitutional law.
Arghya is the Founder and Research Director at Vidhi. He is an alumnus of National Law School of India University Bangalore and the University of Oxford where he was a Rhodes Scholar. While, at Oxford, he completed his D.Phil. on Independence and Accountability of the Indian Higher Judiciary and was a Lecturer in Administrative Law. His areas of specialisation are constitutional and administrative law. He has a number of academic publications on the Supreme Court, Parliament, fundamental rights and federalism and writes regularly for The Hindu, The Times of India and the Economic and Political Weekly.
Damini is an Associate Fellow in the Public Law vertical and is currently involved in projects pertaining to regulation of digital economy and implementation of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. Prior to joining Vidhi, Damini worked at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co and thereafter at Tuli & Co where she focused extensively on insurance regulatory advisory (non-contentious), product development and general corporate matters. Damini has also undertaken policy work and advised on several other regulatory issues arising under the foreign contribution laws, labelling rules of packaged commodities and laws governing drugs and cosmetics in India. She has also worked as a legal consultant to the Central Information Commission and advised on various issues arising under the Right to Information Act. Damini graduated from the National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata in 2008 with a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) and completed her LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2013 where she concentrated on regulatory laws and policy.
Lalit is a Research Fellow in the Public Law vertical. He is involved in the development of a data protection framework in India apart from other short-term assignments in public law. Lalit graduated with a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Gujarat National Law University in 2016. Prior to joining Vidhi, he worked as a consultant with the 21st Law Commission of India (2016-2017), assisting with reports on food adulteration and the regulation of the legal profession. He previously interned with Supreme Court judge TS Thakur, J., Senior advocate KK Venugopal and firms such as Kachwaha & Partners. His areas of interest include Law & Economics, Constitutional Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution and ethical philosophy.
Namrata is a Research Fellow in the Public Law vertical. She graduated from the National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS) with a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) in 2016. At NUJS her areas of engagement included human rights, labour law, inter-disciplinary research, gender, sexuality and the law, and philosophy. Prior to joining Vidhi, she interned with advocates as well as in organisations such as the Alternative Law Forum and Centre for Equity Studies.
Rav is a Senior Resident Fellow in the Public Law vertical. He graduated in law from Panjab University, Chandigarh in 2009 and completed his Masters in Law (Business Laws) from National Law School of India University, Bangalore in 2011. He subsequently worked for 1 year with Tuli & Co. In 2017, he submitted his PhD thesis in Tax and Investment Law at the University of Cambridge. He is currently advising the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Home Affair.
Samraat is a Research Fellow in the Public Law vertical. At Vidhi, he is working on structuring and creating a legal framework for virtual currencies such as Bitcoins. He graduated from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab with a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) in 2017. Prior to joining Vidhi, he was the Editor-in-Chief of RGNUL Student Research Review 'Special Edition on Law & Technology' and 'Special Edition on Trade & Investment Law'. He has interned with firms such as Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas. His areas of interest include comparative constitutional law, law & technology and intellectual property law.
Shankar is a Senior Resident Fellow and leads the Public Law vertical. He graduated in law from the National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata in 2008. Between April 2008 and May 2011, he practiced as a junior Advocate in the chambers of Raju Ramachandran, Senior Advocate. He subsequently worked for 3 years in the chambers of Gaurav Agrawal, an Advocate on Record in the Supreme Court. In 2016, Shankar completed an LL.M from University College London.
Sohini is a Research Fellow at the Public Law vertical. She graduated with a BA LLB (Hons.) from the National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata in 2016, having received university prizes in constitutional law, media law and administrative law. Subsequently, she completed her LLM in Public Law at the London School of Economics in 2017 on the Sabine scholarship and LSE Master's Award. Previously, she has served as Editor of the NUJS Law Review, and interned under Senior Advocate Raju Ramachandran and Retd. Justice Anil Dave at the Supreme Court. Her interest lies in regulation and public law, along with inter-disciplinary approaches of law and economics and socio-legal theory.
Suchindran is an Associate fellow in the Public Law vertical. He is a litigating advocate with over 10 years of practice at the Madras High Court and the Supreme Court of India. After graduation from ILS Law College, Pune he 'devilled' in the chambers of Senior Advocate Arvind P. Datar. He has appeared in a wide range of matters including the constitutional challenge to the National Company Law Tribunal, a matter involving the interpretation of the statutory powers of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board, and the entry of foreign law firms. He has retained a keen interest in the legal and political history of the constitution of India. He is also the proud owner of a chair belonging to Justice Vivian Bose - a gift from his daughter who read a legal retrospect on her father in the Indian Journal of Constitutional Law. Most recently, he assisted Vidhi and the High Level Committee to review the institutionalisation of arbitration mechanism in India chaired by Justice B.N. Srikrishna.
Sunetra is an Associate Fellow in the Public Law vertical. Her current projects at Vidhi include reforms in the area of Digital Economy, Privacy law and Data Protection. Sunetra graduated with B.A, LL. B (Hons) from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad in 2012. Subsequently, she worked at AZB& Partners, Bangalore for two years, where her work primarily involved general corporate matters, employment law and litigation. Thereafter, she obtained her LL.M in Intellectual Property Law from George Washington University, Washington D.C. in 2015.
Debadityo is a Senior Resident Fellow in Vidhi Aid. At Vidhi, he is working on air pollution regulations and environmental clearance process in India. He graduated in 2009 with a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Zoology from the University of Delhi, and thereafter in 2012, completed M.Sc. (Tech.) in Environmental Science and Technology from Banaras Hindu University. Before joining Vidhi, Debadityo has worked with the Legal Initiative for Forest and Environment as Program Officer and has also done independent projects on environment and wildlife protection in collaboration with WWF-India and Environment Equity and Justice Partnership. He is founder and trustee of Vindhyan Ecology and Natural History Foundation, Board Member of EKOenergy network and is a recipient of Duleep Matthai Nature Conservation Fellowship.
Dhvani is a Senior Resident Fellow in Vidhi Aid. She has supervised research projects on the functioning of the National Green Tribunal, on grievance redressal mechanisms at public health establishments, and on the withdrawal of medical treatment from terminally-ill patients. She has assisted the Indian Council of Medical Research with regulatory reform on clinical trials and has provided legal research and drafting assistance to the Ranjit Roy Chaudhury Expert Committee constituted to suggest reforms to the Medical Council of India. Dhvani has a D.Phil in Law from Magdalen College, University of Oxford. Her doctorate explores the idea of an environmental rule of law in the Indian context and analyses the role of the legislature, executive and judiciary in strengthening or weakening it. Dhvani also has an M.Phil and BCL from Oxford and a B.L.S; LL.B from Government Law College, University of Mumbai.
Geetanjali is a Research Fellow in the Vidhi Aid. She works across diverse range of health law and policy issues including regulation of life after death, access to drugs, reproductive and mental health. Prior to joining Vidhi, she assisted Health & Family Welfare Department, Government of Karnataka through her year long engagement with Suvarna Arogya Suraksha Trust as an International Innovation Corps Fellow, University of Chicago. Her work involved consulting and advisory on policy issues such as universal health coverage, regulation of treatment guidelines and enabling PPP arrangements in health for supply and financing of health services. Previously, she also consulted with bodies such as UNFPA and UNICEF. Geetanjali holds a post-graduate degree in law from the University of Cambridge, UK. She holds experience in both contentious and advisory legal work through her engagements with Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan Attorneys and the Chambers of Nakul Dewan in New-Delhi.
Nivedita is a Research Fellow in Vidhi Aid. She graduated from the W.B. National University of Juridical Sciences in 2015 with a B.A. L.LB. (Hons.). She subsequently worked in the HIV/AIDS Unit at the Lawyers Collective, and was a Consultant to the Research and Information System (Ministry of External Affairs) and WHO (SEARO) on clinical trials and the right to health. Before joining Vidhi, Nivedita has interned with the Public Health Foundation of India and PRS Legislative Research, where she has worked on the Mental Health Care Bill and issues of access to medicines and healthcare.
Pallavi is a Senior Resident Fellow with Vidhi Aid. She is currently focusing on strategic interventions to ensure effective implementation of the Right to Education Act. She also advises government departments and statutory authorities on dispute resolution. Pallavi graduated in law from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore in 2008. She started her career in August 2008 as a junior Advocate in the chambers of Dr. Rajeev Dhavan, Senior Advocate, and has been practicing in different courts since then. Before joining Vidhi, Pallavi was handling regulatory litigation at J. Sagar Associates with a focus on disputes in the areas of Electricity, Oil & Gas and Environment law.
Sanjana is a Research Fellow with Vidhi Aid. She is currently working on strategic litigation for the effective implementation of the right to education. She graduated with a B.A. LL.B. (Trade & Investment Hons.) from National Law University, Jodhpur in 2017. During her time in law school, she was Editor-in-Chief of the Indian Journal of Arbitration Law. She has previously interned with Vidhi, Justice S.J. Mukhopadhyaya and various human rights advocates. Her areas of interest include constitutional law, international human rights law, dispute resolution and criminal justice. She also serves as legal researcher on the board of Global Freedom of Expression. a free speech jurisprudence project by Columbia University. She was also a participant at the 19th Annenberg-Oxford Media Policy Summer Institute 2017.
FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS DIVISION
Archana is presently working as the Account Executive in the Finance Department, Vidhi Common Service Group. At Vidhi, she has worked in areas concerning general accounting, HR Docs, payroll processing, cash flow, reimbursements of retainers' expenses, MOU update, Grants update, among others. She is a graduate in Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from the University of Delhi in 2013 and is currently pursuing Masters of Commerce (M.Com) from IGNOU. Her previous experience includes general accounting, TDS, Income Tax, and banking-related work.
Bhavya is presently handling the accounting profile, Vidhi Common Service Group. His role includes statutory compliances, budgeting, and MIS reports. At Vidhi, he has handled statutory returns, the statutory reports of utilisation certificates, cost center, and investment tracking. Before joining Vidhi, Bhavya has graduated in Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from the University of Delhi in 2014, and completed the CA (IPCC) accounting technician course. He has headed a team for statutory audit of Delhi University (Shaheed Bhagat Singh College) for two consecutive years. Bhavya's other project engagements include finalisation of a balance sheet, Income tax, Service tax, Sales Tax, TDS, Due Diligence reports, and internal audit of numerous entities. He is currently pursuing Master of Commerce (M.Com) and is well versed with statutory return (vat, service tax, TDS and income tax) and Tax Audit 3ca, 3cd.
Amit Chindaliya is working as an Office Assistant at Vidhi. Prior to Vidhi, he worked as an office assistant in the Delhi Railway Services.
Asha has joined as Personal Secretary to the Research Director at Vidhi. She completed a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delhi in 1982, securing First Division. Having secured a diploma in Secretarial Practice from the Institute, Asha completed a Post-graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the Y School of Business, YMCA, New Delhi. Asha has a long working experience of 27 years with DCM Ltd. She left DCM as Assistant Manager (HR & Administration).
Kailash Chandra Pant is working as an Office Assistant at Vidhi. Prior to Vidhi, Kailash was working as a pantry assistant at Central Administrative Tribunal.
Rahul Malik is the Office Manager and leads the front function at Vidhi. He is responsible for the entire gamut of people-oriented processes. Rahul’s experience spans across a wide range of expertise in client management and operations delivery. He also has extensive hands-on experience in heading diverse HR initiatives – these include policy design, managing administration, training and recruitment in various industries.
Raju is working as an Office Assistant at Vidhi. Prior to Vidhi, Raju worked in German Embassy as a pantry and housekeeping assistant.
Shyamal Mukherjee is the Chief Administrative Officer. He looks after all administrative work at Vidhi. Shyamal completed his graduation in B.A (Hons) Economics from the University of Delhi. Before joining Vidhi, he worked in ABP (P) Ltd in the capacity of Circulation Manager as well as Chief Manager Administration for 36 years. After his retirement, Shyamal joined the PA/PS to Dr Ashok S Ganguly - Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha (2012-2015).
